Lost or Delayed Packages
Crowned by Queen is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once they are in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items
Digital products, downloadable guides, and promotional sale items are final sale.
